Abstract

تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى التعرف على اهمية الخدمات الاجتماعية في تحقيق الرضا الوظيفي ومعرفة  مساهمة الخدمات الاجتماعية في جانبها الاجتماعي والصحي والمعنوي للمعاملين بالمؤسسة الرياضية ومحاولة إلقاء نظرة على طبيعة الخدمات التي تقدمها المؤسسة الرياضية، تم استخدم المنهج الوصفي بالأسلوب المسحي لملائمته طبيعة المشكلة، وإعداد استبيان وتحليله، وأهم النتائج المتوصل إليها، ان  لخدمات تهدف إلى تلبية واشباع حاجيات العامل المتعددة من جهة وتقوية علاقته بالمؤسسة من جهة أخرى

This study aims to identify the importance of social services in achieving job satisfaction and to know the contribution of social services in its social, health and moral aspect to the employees of the sports institution and to try to look at the nature of the services provided by the sports institution. And the most important results reached, that the services aim to meet and satisfy the multiple needs of the worker on the one hand and strengthen his relationship with the institution on the other hand.
