Abstract

تناول هذه المداخلة الحوكمة المحلية الرشيدة بالجزائر كأداة للتسيير الفعال للجهاز الإداري المحلي،حيث يرتبط ترشيد نظام الجماعات المحلية بمدى قدرته على تفعيل الشفافية والمساءلة والسماح بالمشاركة
الشعبيةفي صنع القرار المحلي وتسيير الشؤون العمومية، وهذا ما يؤدي إلى الإستجابة للمتطلبات الشعبية وتحقيق التنميةالمستدامةمحلياووطنيا 

This intervention deals with good local governance in Algeria as a tool for the effective management of the local administrative system. The rationalization of the local community system is linked to its ability to activate transparency and accountability and allow popular
participation in local decision-making and the conduct of public affairs, this leads to respond to popular requirements and achieve  sustainable development locally and nationally.
